Ingredients:

Goat meat, water, potato, spring onion, beef dripping, garlic, thyme, curry powder, Celtic salt, scotch bonnet, spices (contains celery), black pepper, cornflour.

Cooking Instructions (Cook from Frozen):

DO NOT REMOVE CONTENTS FROM INNER VACUUM SEALED BAG.

Stovetop method:

1. Place the sealed vacuum bag into a pot of boiling water.

2. Ensure the Bag is Fully Submerged in the boiling water to allow even heating.

3. Boil for 15 Minutes. Maintain a steady boil throughout the cooking time.

4. Carefully Remove the Vacuum Bag using tongs to avoid burns.

5. Let the Bag Rest for 1 Minute to allow heat to distribute evenly.

6. Cut Open the Vacuum Bag carefully, and serve. Ensure the contents are piping hot throughout before eating.

Microwave method:

1. Gentle pierce the vacuum-sealed bag and set it in the microwave .

2. Heat on HIGH for 6 minutes (1000W).

3. Carefully remove the bag (it will be hot!) and gently shake or massage to mix contents.

4. Return the bag to the microwave and heat for 2 more minutes.

5. Allow the bag to rest for 1 minute before opening.

6. Open and Serve. Ensure contents are piping hot throughout before serving.

Important: This product is intended for single-use consumption. Do not reheat once opened.
