Ingredients:

Chicken wings, onion, spring onions, pimento, lime, soy sauce, scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, thyme, salt, black pepper.

Cooking Instructions (Cook from Frozen):

Oven method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / 400°F / Gas Mark 6
  2. Remove wings from packaging and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
  3. Bake for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through for an even bake.
  4. Check that the wings are piping hot throughout.
  5. Enjoy.

Air-fryer method:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 360°F.
  2. Remove wings from all packaging.
  3. Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Ensure wings are piping hot through out before serving.
  6. Enjoy.
