Rice, water, red kidney beans, full-fat coconut milk, onion, scallions, butter, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, pimento, garlic, salt, black pepper
Cooking Instructions (Cook from Frozen):
DO NOT REMOVE CONTENTS FROM INNER VACUUM SEALED BAG.
Microwave:
- Pierce or slightly slit the pouch to allow steam to escape.
- Place the pouch on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat on full power (800W) for 5–6 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the microwave (caution: hot steam).
- Shake or massage the pouch gently (or stir contents if possible), then return to the microwave.
- Heat for an additional 2–3 minutes until piping hot throughout.
- Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
- Ensure the rice is steaming hot all the way through before eating.
